Breakfast Gone Vegan Pt.2
Eggs are such an essential part of breakfast. It adds protein and is found in almost every meal. I have tried eggs with many different products, but one of favorites products is TOFU.I use the extra firm tofu and pair it with veggies to make a scramble. Turmeric adds the beautiful color and Black Salts gives this dish a taste that is irresistible.
Extra Firm Tofu
1/2 head Broccoli
1/2 Green Pepper
1/2 Red Pepper
1 Green Onion
2 Table spoons of fresh chopped Cilantro
Seasonings: Turmeric, Onion powder, Garlic Powder, Black salt or Himalayan salt, Mrs. dash table seasoning
Preparation: 10 mins
Cut your veggies and prepare your pain with olive oil, or any non stick spray.
Slice the tofu into big chunks and use a fork to mash the tofu into a consistency that you desire. Insert into hot pan and mix. Add in your seasonings starting with turmeric. Add in your veggies and cook until veggies are softened. I stick with 3 minutes because I love a crunch in my vegetables. Enjoy !
