Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sometimes you just want a late night sweet treat!

Here is a great Chocolate chip cookie recipe that will the softest cookies ever !

½ cup sugar

¾ cup dark brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon salt

½ cup refined coconut oil, melted

2 flax Eggs [ 2 tbsp of flax seed and 4 tbsp of water ]

¼ cup non-dairy milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

4 oz vegan semi-sweet chocolate, chunks


Directions: Pre-heat your oven to 350 degree. In a bowl , stir in all of your Wet ingredients. Slowly mix in your flour until you have a semi thick consistency. Fold in your chocolate chips, cover with plastic and sit in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Roll your batter into small balls and place on baking sheet. Bake cookies for 10-12 mins or until golden . Enjoy !
